Founded in 2021, ML10 Media was founded with the mission to tell the stories often overlooked by mainstream media—in both English and Spanish.

Working with nonprofits, professional sports teams, and communities, ML10 Media brings a fresh perspective to storytelling.

From Los Angeles to New York to El Salvador to the Middle East and beyond, our goal is to highlight the voices and narratives that are too often ignored, connecting and empowering communities along the way.

Moisés Linares

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Moisés Linares is a distinguished journalist with 17 Emmy Awards and over 15 years of experience. He has progressed from a production assistant to a Sports Anchor and Play by Play announcer in the nation's capital, honing his talent for storytelling in both English and Spanish.

Born in Los Angeles, California, to a Salvadoran family that escaped the Civil War in the 1980s, this Latino is dedicated to shedding light on often overlooked narratives. Additionally, Moisés is the author of the book “We Are Not Born Failures,” which is currently included in the curriculum at Cal State University Northridge, the University of Maryland, and several community colleges in Los Angeles.

Juosseef “Hertz” Alba

Co-Founder & Creative Director

Juosseef Alba is a multi-Emmy Award-winning journalist recognized for his behind-the-camera contributions. Known as "Hertz," Juosseef is the creative force behind the lens and editing that viewers often overlook. For more than a decade, he has been refining his skills in various roles, including Director, Photographer, and Editor, working with companies such as Telemundo, NBC, WUSA9, and others. Originally from Bolivia, Juosseef moved to the U.S. with the aspiration of crafting and directing stories that inspire.
